Traffic Force are on the search for a top tier Traffic Planner to join our team. As a Traffic Planner you will be relied on to create compliant and detailed Traffic Management Plans for a wide range of customers.

Our team will count on you to maintain high standards of accuracy, work to (and meet) very strict deadlines and think outside the box. To be successful in this role you will need a ‘right the first time’ mindset.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding customer and project requirements and scoping resources required to safely complete works
  • Creating detailed and effective Traffic Management Plans that meet the highest standards
  • Conducting site inspections and risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance
  • Engaging with customers to building lasting relationships and demonstrating commitment to exceptional service

To kick some *serious* goals in this role you are going to need the following skills and qualities

  • WA C Class driver’s licence with a safe and relatively blemish free driving history
  • MRWA Advanced Worksite Traffic Management (AWTM) accreditation
  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Traffic Planner
  • High level computing skills with experience using RapidPlan and/or AutoCAD design software, as well as a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated experience working with and achieving deadlines
  • Demonstrated and strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to deal with a variety of people
  • A logical thinker with strong problem solving skills – you will need to review and evaluate information to be able to make decisions based on fact.
  • The ability to show initiative and has the ability to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously
