The Opportunities

With this role reporting to the Operations Team Leader, Traffic Force invites applications for an Operations Supervisor to play key roles in our mission of excellence. As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and exceptional service delivery.

Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Champion safety as our top priority, ensuring compliance with WHS policies and procedures to maintain an injury-free workplace.
  • Lead by example by actively visiting worksites, offering hands-on support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop our team of traffic controllers, being hands on with performance management and facilitating constructive feedback.
  • Efficiently handle incident reports and site documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. You won’t be just processing documentation, you will be problem solving and ensuring actions are in place for ongoing improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  1. Valid C Class manual license (or higher)
  2. Previous experience in construction, transport, security, or hospitality industries.
  3. Proven track record of at least 2 years in supervisory roles, leading teams of 20+ individuals in the private sector.
  4. Strong commitment to safety, with a focus on cultivating safe work habits and practices.
  5. Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  7. Has ability to think on their feet and adapt to changing demands
  8. Good computer skills

Operations Supervisor Benefits:

You will be provided with great work/life balance in this role working 45 hours per week on a competitive salary based on your skills and experience. Salary range $70,000 – $80,000 per year + super + on call allowance + vehicle. In addition we offer:
