The Opportunities

With this role reporting to the Operations Team Leader, Traffic Force invites applications an Operations Assistant to play key roles in our mission of excellence. As an Operations Assistant will provide vital operational support to ensure seamless execution of our services.

Operations Assistant x 1

Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential hands on support to work crews before, during, and after their shifts
  • Uphold safety standards, promoting a culture of safety awareness and best practices.
  • Ensuring vehicles and resources are prepared and ready to go as per operational requirements
  • Actively visiting worksites – this is not just driving by but stopping and understanding how the team’s day is progressing and providing your support.
  • Ensuring daily operational documentation is accurate and processed on time.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team to ensure customer requests are processed in a timely manner.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  1. Valid C Class manual license(or higher)
  2. White Card (or willingness to obtain)
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, hospitality, transport, logistics, or warehousing
  4. A focus on safe work habits, culture & practices with strong history of safety awareness
  5. Good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and entering data in Excel
  6. Demonstrated strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and confidence to deal with a variety of people
  7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes
  8. Demonstrated experience being a team player

Operations Assistant Benefits:

You will be provided with great work/life balance in this role working 45 hours per week on a competitive salary based on your skills and experience. Salary range $60,000 – $70,000 per year + super + on call allowance. In addition we offer:
